Received a text message. Thought it was a scam. Very unprofessional. Had a phone interview, then went in the next day for formal interview. Took a tour, had one on one interview with three people. Received a phone call that afternoon with offer, and when I would like to start.

1 day interview, they only hire during certain periods of the year. I interviewed in Nov. 2013 to be hired Jan. 2014. 1 on 1 interview, asking questions relevant to job. Questions similar to retail management interview questions. They prefer to hire people with a B.S. or 5+ years retail management experience.
