It was a laidback, straight forward interview. I interviewed once with the potential manager and then again with the department head. They go over the bullet points of your resume, asking for elaboration on ones of interest. There were also a few behavioral questions related to the role.
Because I had programming experience, they asked me some softball trivia questions specific to the language I had the most experience with. I do a lot of context switching between different languages and I haven't used the one they asked about in a year, so I got more than half of them wrong.
But overall, the interview process itself was one of the better ones I've had.
