Interview
I've passed a PST and in 2 weeks was invited on interview with 3 engagement managers.
Every manager asks one typical question on your past experience (like "describe situation when you persuaded someone") and then gives a case. Cases are structured in the same way as samples on McK website.
Every interview took 30-60 minutes and was in Russian.
They give feed back after the last interview.

they let you prep for cases and do what the book says. this is only a question of how hard you prepared. then they take the people one by one and repeat again and again. sometimes the people who give you interviews have been there for less time than 1 yr
