I thought the process would be simple after the phone interview. The recruiter emailed me for a phone interview on Monday, he never called, so I emailed him asking if some how missed his call. He apologized for not calling and called me two days later. He had a bad connection so i had trouble hearing him. After 15 mins the phone interview was over he said that he would be turning my application over to the hiring manager and i would know something by the end of the week. This was on Nov 2 and I havent heard from anyone

Name a time you had to deal with a difficult customer
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

Interview
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
