The hiring process takes a while but is well worth it. It's a great company to have a career with. First is your phone interview followed by two rounds of in person interviews.

Interview
Applied online and got a call from a recruiter a few days after. The initial recruiter did a screening test and told me I would hear from someone if I was selected for the next step. A day later I got an email requesting to set up an interview. I was interviewed by two managers,the interview was good,very conversational. After the interview they said they would get back to me after a week. Three wees went by and I never had anything back from anyone (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL).I even emailed the people to ask but I did not get a response. I got tired of waiting and finally reached out to the initial recruiter who told me that the position has since been filled.
