I went through an agenCy (Remx), the hiring managers were extremely friendly. The interview was pretty quick and not complicated. Basic interview questions and company breakdown. They longest part was filing out all the paperwork. And then they do a mouth swab there at the office with your consent. Make sure you bring your ID and another form of ID like birth certificate or ssn.

Question 1
This job deals with patients who may have just been told they have a some sort of life threatening disease, are you able to able working with emotional people?
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

Interview
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
