I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McKesson (King of Prussia, PA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Overview discussions with the managing director followed by technical interview with architecture and Sr. developers. That was followed by a "coding" test which involved modification of a poorly put together java program. The program had many mistakes and in the real world would need to be refactored before making any modifications. The quality of the code mode it very difficult to modify and in my opinion could therefore not be an accurate evaluation of the programmers skills. It could be just me but I found that very distracting.
The coding example was also conducted with two developers staring over my shoulder. I personally found this a difficult situation to work under.
