Deeply awkward initial HR conversation. The recruiter had no conversational flow and was very clearly just filling out a form that I wish they had given me to submit myself beforehand. Incredibly long awkward pauses while they typed, I felt no desire to get to know me as a candidate. A robot may as well have conducted this interview and I could not wait to get off the phone.
