Phone interview was first step after submitting resume. Asked how i deal with rejection and overcome objections, etc. Work related questions. be agressive, be honest. work life will depend on your manager, some dont care and others are micromgrs. Great people, Tend to be older w kids, good if you are settled in or just breaking in.

Have you ever dealt with and how did you handle shipping problems?
Interviewers came across judgmental, interview started late, and they didn’t seem to be listening well…one of the interviewers were pleasant to speak with but the interview was the easiest of any I have had and I did not receive an offer.
Long Process but everyone was very nice. Make sure you are patient because there are long gaps between interviews. Make sure to have questions prepared and look over the job description beforehand to be prepared.
