Took off a couple days of work to prepare and interview, which took approximately 5 interviews over 4 hours. Didn’t even hear back from them after that. It would be nice to at least be notified that I wasn’t the right candidate. Instead I invested my time and energy into a company that didn’t even respect me enough to say I didn’t get the job.
