I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McGuyer Homebuilders (Houston, TX) in Oct 2011
Interview
Two interviews: first with the sales manager, who is not a traditional sales manager, he has no authority to hire/fire. This is a recruiting and training position only. Second with the project manager, who has never sold a thing but has full authority to hire. The order to fire comes from the brother in law of the owner one of the division presidents.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McGuyer Homebuilders
Interview
I received an email with 5-8 questions requiring a written response. That took about 30-45 minutes. I was then asked to complete the Burke Assessment (all components). This takes just over 1 hour. After completing the test which is designed to frustrate and stress the test taker; the Burke Assessment required my age in a very thinly veiled manner (by requiring a date of college graduation). I wish they would have told me that was part of the program; because, I wasted 2 hours of my time only to find out that age was a big factor in their interviewing criteria. Not cool.
