Phone screening with an explanation of technical experience and an overview of they position and who you are a candidate. Overall just a an easy interview over the type of job and company work structure.

What experience do you have related to the position?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at McDermott (Chennai) in Mar 2013
Interview
First interview was psychometric test. It was 4 hr test and the questions tested the traits of person such as the mindset, how people react under pressure. THe second stage was interview with the HR and process department manager. The interview was purely technical and in the end HR person asked simple questions.
