Lengthy hiring process 90 Days and 5 interviews including…30 min to build a presentation, present to a panel and Q&A. McBride Sister had all the right attributes: Great Brands, Accolades/Press, Good people with a strong value proposition and Diversity message. This company will go far.
Huge investment of time and energy only to be ghosted by HR and Hiring manager. Followed up twice with no response. Not sure why a simple follow up and closure to the process was not given?
