Behavioral Interview Panels. I had two of them for the administrative assistant role which I thought wasn't necessary at all. One panel is enough. The first panel was to get into the admin asst. pool then the next panel is for a specific department.
Fairly easy! Asked around 6 behavioral questions. Answer using your experience and education. Make sure you review a few practice questions prior to the interview and get some knowledge of what you are going to say.

Virtual panel interview. They want a specific STAR format. They give you a handout before the interview on how you’re suppose to answer their questions I’ve heard good and bad things about working there
