Hiring process was very well done. Initial screening interview, then panel, then executive. Provided questions up front for panel. This allowed for a more complete answers. There was a focus on the corporate culture and ensuring a good fit. Offer was very good. Ultimately accepted a different position for a dream role that I always wanted for a bit less compensation . Mayo Clinic was a very strong 3nd choice.
