It was a Panel interview of about 5 people with multiple disciplinary questions about how you would handle certain situations if you had conflicts with the staff or with the surgeons

Multi team, very engaging. Everyone was nice. Interview lasted about twenty minutes. They had a person on the interview from each speciality, they discussed call requirement, hours available for the shift

Quite easy going initially just be sure and confident in your answers. I would say make a quizlet to test yourself first on potential questions they may ask you. Best of luck!
