Mayhew Steel Products interview questions

The interview process was rather direct, interviewed with the heads of all ( I think) five departments at once. The President, Operations manager ect... They were very friendly people allowed me to talk about my schooling and experience. They asked me a few questions and allowed me to respond to them without rushing. They also allowed me to ask them a few questions, so very standard in that regard. The whole interview was very "normal" so to speak. After talking with the heads of the departments for roughly 45 min, they shook hands with me and informed me that they call me about their decision within the next couple days. They had multiple candidates for the position. The kept their word and called me back within the day to tell me they were going to take a little more time to decide.
