Interview
I called the office, I was given a few simple screening/background questions (if I remember correctly) when I called & was given a time to come in for an interview at the office. If you show up to the interview you'll get the job. They gave me an application to fill out when I got to the office & basically it was a mass interview/hiring process.

I think they had me read the script you use when calling customers which was embarrassing but it's an easy job to get.
