Studio Director & Business Director were both polite, informative and friendly through each of my 3 interview sessions. One of them my internet literally died 4 times during, they could tell I was sweating through my shirt, still were totally cool about it - I rated that a lot. Huge transparency over expectations for the role and paths of progression. 3rd Interview was presenting a deck, timed to under 20 minutes, I felt like it was a wall of words from myself, but they both complimented it as exactly what was needed to show I could handle the job - got the offer very quickly after that.
