Called by Human Resources. Interviewed with two Claim Supervisors. Had second interview with Director of the department. Human Resources emailed me a personality test the next day and background check questionnaire. Was offered the position. The process took three days.

Call from recruiter to go over brief background. Set up an appointment to go to office. Met with two women who seemed to be prepared for interview. After meeting with two women they brought in an additional two members of management. Was there for a few hours. After interview I was sent paperwork from HR (standard online app) and never heard another word from anyone at Matrix. Which after having a pretty successful interview and then follow up by HR I was a little disappointed since I went in prepared and have a pretty solid understanding of claims, FMLA, and their company. The least they can do is reach out and let people know they didn’t get the job. I even sent HR a thank you note. Crickets. I find companies that do this so inconsiderate of people and I think it speaks volumes in how they treat employees.
