I discovered this company at a job fair that my university hosted. I gave them my resume and phone number and I got a message shortly after asking that I return to the booth to talk to a manager. A few weeks later I received a phone call to set up an interview. The interview took place mainly with one manager for about a half hour, and the director stepped in for a few minutes towards the end. After the interview I was treated to a tour of the offices and the production facility. I received a phone call offering me the job a week or two later, and I accepted.
