I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Matisia Consultants (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2016
Interview
Less than impressive. Talk to a recruiter on the phone, then a consultant and finish with a few members of leadership team. The whole process is to see if you will drink the look-aid. After working there, you understand the process to be based on leaderships opinion if you will buy into their scam.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Matisia Consultants (Seattle, WA)
Interview
1 recruiter on the phone, 2 consultants separately over coffee, 3 on the leadership team in the HQ office. Total process took about 2 weeks total, ignoring the week I was on vacation and the holiday week. First three interviews were focused on my, my history, and behavioral questions, and the final with the leadership were more conversational, focused on fit, and more of "As Appropriate" in the Microsoft sense. Everyone was highly professional and were people I wanted to work with, which made the final decision easy.

Interview
first met with the recruiter --> another consultant --> VP of BD --> VP of strategy -->COO then got an offer two days later...the whole process took about a week and half.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Matisia Consultants
Interview
Interview was mainly personality/behavioral. Matisia only extends contingent offers, asking you to commit to compensation ahead of time, and make you an employee only if/when you are staffed on a project. Before then, you are on an unpaid "virtual bench".
Although most were nice and amicable, some on the leadership team were a bit unprofessional during the process, as noted by others on Glassdoor.

Question 1
Do you intend to help out during after hours with Matisia operational work (interviews, recruiting, business development, etc.)?
