Very simple and understanding. Allows the student to really express themselves without feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Alot more understanding than other companies with process being simpler and shorter, so no time is wasted.

Question 1
We're a very fast-paced company similar to startup culture. Can you tell us how you handle that type of environment and give an example?
1 hour interview with previous placement student and CTO, mainly focusing questions around my CV. Such nice people and made me feel so comfortable in the interview. Followed up with a coding question which had 7 days to complete.
