Matific interview questions

I I had my first interview with the Head of Department based in Sydney, followed by a second interview with two team leads based in Israel. During the second interview, the session lacked structure and felt uncoordinated, with questions being asked in a seemingly random manner over the 1.5-hour duration. At one point, one of the interviewers left to refill water while I was responding to a question during the online interview. Overall, the experience did not feel professional based on my expectations.

Three step process: meet with direct manager, then get a homework to design a simple coach&team management system. Second interview is purely technical to go through django related questions and review the homework. Thirdone is about way of working. The system was easy, even gets easier these days. Fair process.
