I am so sorry to hear that this was your experience in interviewing with Matic last year. It is our goal to create a fully transparent and highly collaborative interview process, and it looks like the vendor in question failed to deliver that experience.
As an update on our end, Matic has recently added a dedicated full-time internal Talent Acquisition group focused on providing a streamlined interview process directly through us, as opposed to third-party groups, and I encourage you to reach out to me at mark.b@matic.com if you'd like to learn about the changes to our process.
