First rounds are personality based. Last round is legal knowledge heavy and much more difficult, you should prepare a lot more for the final round the first rounds kinda fool you into thinking the last interview is chill

Straight forward standard to law firms and nothing surprising or shocking. Pleasant interviewing panel and culture came across as normal like any other firm, definitely trying to advance D&I which is positive to see as not a lot of firms are taking it seriously

In as room with 3 senior solicitors. Quite relaxed. Questions about future legal career and you as a person. What areas of law interest you. Online aptitude test had to be passed first.
