My first interview was with another Project Associate. He had clearly come straight from another meeting and was very flustered and uninterested in speaking with me. He told me he didn't read my resume, and made little effort to get to know me more.
My second interview was a 3.5 hour process with several PMs and a final discussion with HR. Albeit lengthy, the process was fairly informal and more conversational. Prior to this interview, I informed HR that I received an offer from another company and would need a final decision from Mathematica by X date. The rep said it wouldn't be a problem, however, Mathematica never followed up with me and left me hanging. They also asked for my availability, and then proceeded to schedule the interview at a time I had specified as unavailable.
While I understand we're all overwhelmed with work, Mathematica continued to reflect poor company culture & complete disregard for the people they interview.
