MatPel Builders interview questions

A few rounds of interviews. Nothing very technical. First with HR, followed by an onsite interview with HR and a Project manager. Later that day I had a phone call with the CEO.

Interviewer was very professional, had a great understanding of the skillset they were looking for, and asked targeted questions that gave me a chance to describe my strengths and evaluate whether the position was a good match for my strengths.
