I spent a week preparing for the case study interview, as that was the format suggested to me. However, none of the questions ended up being about the case study. Instead, the interview started with detailed SQL questions, which caught me off guard since I hadn’t prepared for that. My suggestion to the management would be to clearly specify what kind of interview format and topics candidates should expect, so people like me can prepare properly and perform at their best. This interview was for the performance management division.
