The interview was smooth and the hiring manager was engaging.
After that 1st interview, got an update from the recruiter that the hiring manager would like to invite for the 2nd round of interview. This time around, the interview is with the hiring manager and the senior member of the team and I believe this where they will evaluate if your are the right fit for the team. Few days the 2nd interview, got a call from the recruiter that I’m selected for the role

The Interview is consisting of two rounds of technical questions asking about our projects and skills. If selected then we move to the HR round. But once again same as intern interview, no proper communication between the rounds. I had to wait for 3 hours in the meeting after completing my second round just to know that I'm rejected.
3 interviews, first recruiter, then direct manager for my function, and lastly with the country manager. The recruiter call seemed more like a get to know you than an interview.
