The first step is an online application: you are asked to submit your CV and a cover letter.
The next step was a Video Interview with the recruitment manager: this was done over zoom. And this is as far as I got.

Interview
The process involved multiple stages, including initial screening, technical assessment, and a final-round interview with senior managers. It was structured, challenging, and gave insight into Mastercard’s work culture. However, there was no follow-up after the final round, which left candidates uncertain.
