The interview process begins with a HireVue assessment. If selected to move forward, candidates complete a one-hour behavioral interview followed by a one-hour technical interview. After that, they interview with the hiring managers. Successful candidates then receive an offer.

Completed the interview with a manager. They tried to get to know me at first. After that they have asked some questions about the company and the products. At the final, they have asked some case-type questions.

I applied online for the Product Specialist position, and a recruiter contacted me the following week to schedule an interview. The interview took place a few days later and focused on my background, experience, and key elements of my CV. I was also asked about my perspectives on the payments landscape and broader industry trends, as well as general product management topics. This included discussing prioritisation methodologies when launching new products, how I approach product strategy, and my thought process around defining and delivering successful product initiatives. The conversation was structured, insightful, and centered on assessing both my technical understanding of product management and my strategic outlook on the payments ecosystem.
