Interview
The interview process began with a phone-screening. Then it was an invite to interview in-person with the hiring manager and the second interview included the franchisee. Overall it was a straight forward interview process.
In person interview with standard interview questions. Informal and casual with no pressure. It was a comfortable process and I left feeling good about the future there. I was interviewed by higher management.

Interview
Phone screening, then face to face interview. All standard concern asked on most any interview process. No concern for personality profiling, just standard interview questions. The process was painless and progressed to on offer within days.
