Very easy application. Helps if you have previous experience working a front desk or working at massage Envy in general. Really just wants to see if your personality fits and will mesh well.
I was in the interview with the junior clinic administrator and a keyholder who came off as very disinterested. The JCA read questions from a list and was very fake cheerful. The questions were very standard, and I was even asked to "sell a pen", I couldn't believe people ask that question. I was then told to wait in the waiting area, then they called me back and told me I got the job.

Lack luster and fairly easy. Manager at the time did not care to hire me on for a long time and new I was a temp worker while In school so she didn't bother going over much of my responsibilities.
Short questions. Easy. Asks about sales experience and customer service. It seems like a good first job. It does appear you would need to work some nights and weekends. You get paid commission for sales on memberships and products.
