Interview
I was interviewed by two managers at the same time. They asked basic interview questions and were very friendly, which helped me to feel at ease during the interview. Before being offered the job, I had to learn about the systems and show the management what I retained from brief training.
The interview process was easy and straightforward. There was a focus on customer service and how to handle certain customer interactions. Talking to the hiring manager felt like a conversation and was very easy with little pressure.
Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice
