interviewed with two managers separately..first store manager then business manager. Both were very nice and asked questions mostly about my interest, goals, etc. Then I observed the front desk for about 30 minutes before being offered the job on the spot. I did not have to memorize any scripts or come back. Training is 4 weeks long, so be prepared for that.

Effective, Part where you do sales pitch, Good questions. Person conducting interview asked relevant questions from past experience. Had me conduct a sales pitch from the paper she gave and gave me time to study it and then come back in.

Really low stress. Asked about my availability. Just make sure you sound personable . I also made sure that I showcased my skillset. We talked about sales which was new to me. Make sure you are willing to learn and be trained

Interview
It was a phone screening and one in person interview. The staff was up front, courteous of my time, and personable. Management asked fairly basic questions about my experiences and how I might handle a conflict. Pay was less than I was hoping without clearly communication on how their commission structure and bonuses would work for part time.
