Very casual. Make sure to mention schedule, and just be friendly! My manager was very kind and sweet. She didn't make me feel pressured at all and allowed me to be very open and honest. One of the best interviews, not to mention the easiest, I had ever!!

How would your past work experiences benefit massage envy?
The interview process was easy and straightforward. There was a focus on customer service and how to handle certain customer interactions. Talking to the hiring manager felt like a conversation and was very easy with little pressure.
Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice
