I applied online. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital
Interview
tell me about yourself? tell me about customer service? how is your team work ?They asked me if I knew anyone who worked for the company. I told them I did. They asked me if I knew the rates for home health visits. The manager then quoted me incorrect lower rates. I actually did know what they were paying before my interview. I lost respect for the company after that. The rates per visit were lower than I would have accepted...AND THEY TRIED TO OFFER ME A LOWER RATE THAN THEY PREVIOUSLY PAID NURSES!!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA) in May 2012
Interview
It was a good experience, we developed a very good rapport very quickly. I was referred by a colleague so the manager that interviewed me already new about me to some extent. Also I had a lot of experience for this positive so that was very helpful. The interview skills of the manager that met with me were great and that helped me relax immediately which is so important in any interview. I also prepared by bringing copies of my resume and making notes about specific points that I felt were important to discuss.
