There was an initial phone screen, then an interview with the principal investigator of the lab, and a panel interview with current CRCs and other lab members. The panel interview lasted the longest, about 1.5-2 hours, while the other interviews were the standard 30 minutes.
Ghosted as per usual. Not great. They make you do multiple rounds then cannot even give you common courtesy to tell you that you did not get the job. Super frustrating
The process itself took a long time to schedule which required a lot of back and forth. Multiple rounds of interviews and many individuals to meet with. Didn't meet the PI.
