Submitted resume online, then a phone screen with someone working in role currently. Following that, the next step was an interview with the PI and logistical manager at the site, as well as a tour of the working space and a review of the possible projects that one might be working on.

Had two interviews. First was with other CRCs working in the lab; the second was with the PI of the lab. Both consisted of structured interviews with fairly standard interview questions followed by allotted time to ask questions.

Second-round with program managers/director, also a 30-minute video call, with more behavioral interview questions, more focused on my specific background and how my skills can transfer to the jmob

If you have multiple projects with an upcoming deadline that you know you wouldn't be able to make, how would you handle the situation?
I had one round of interview with CRCs, then a second round of interview with the lab PIs. Interviewed remotely on Zoom, each interview was around 30 minutes and some time to ask questions at the end.
