Some interviewer they came to your interview appointment very late and they ask just random questions not even ask to introduce yourself or let you talk about things that you want to share.
Process was pretty smooth with a lot of questions on behaviour, what an actuary is and discussion on why you want to become an actuary. very very smooth process. Its a fun place to work
I first did a phone screening with HR before moving into a set of interviews with a variety of actuaries throughout the company. The phone screening was pretty quick and the second round had fairly common interview questions and allowed me to ask more questions about the position.
