I applied online and was contacted by a member of the HR department within the same day. I scheduled my interview for 2 days after the phone call.
I had a panel interview followed by 2 separate 1 on 1 interviews.
I heard back within 2 weeks time.

Interview
Was only two separate interviews, The first one was a programming live coding exercise with two other engineers. One was a senior software engineer, and so was the other but also the manager.
The other was just the generic "feel each other out". Was very laid back and was pretty easy.

I was asked to program rendering a list of objects in react and had to wire up some event handlers.

Hiring will be done based on team pannel wise. It can be IT or NON-IT.
It is based on who calls ur resume. And my resume went to Non-IT recruitemnt Team lead.
Interview process is good and it went smoothly till the last round, I haven't found any issues. Its a good experience, but I was not shortlisted in the second round. overall it went fine
