Very easy interview. Was invited to a "Lunch and Learn" event that turned out to include a pop interview. Basic questions, mostly just behavioral stuff and walk me through your resume type stuff.

Interview
First, there was a phone interview that asked basic question for screening purposes. Then, there was a Skype interview. Lastly, there was an in person interview at the office. Offer was given within a few days.
They will have you do a personality test to see if you fit the bill. If you do they get excited and will really push for you to accept the job. After that you will enter into a 2 week training class.
