First things first was an orientation about the state police then had to take a physical test, hearing test, polygraph exam, physiological exam, a phyical checkup, along with an oral board.

Board type interview with a random selection of HR, Operations personnel. There is no set board and often the Chief Pilot or his representative is left out. Keep in mind you are applying to a position in the State Police and that's how it's run. Almost a police interrogation.

No interview process. The application is what will carry you into the position. Focus heavily on the paperwork and especially the references. Make sure you have enough coursework because you will be denied very quickly if not. Having a lot of laboratory experience especially in chemistry and biology will help you for your specific trade. DNA usually hires the most interns.
