I went to the office in Baltimore and met with an Assistant Attorney General. The basic questions: how do you like law school, your favorite class, what type of law do you think you'd like to practice, why did you apply to the Maryland AG, etc. I received an e-mail offering me a position within a week.

The specific department contacted me for a phone then in person interview. It was what you would expect of an interview asking about experiences, personality and work style. I enjoyed the process.
