Very fast done to complete intro to Marten. Meet DOT requirements. No mention on how to keep company required regulations on minimum incidents. Like most trucking companies use as many people as they can then they are finished with you. All to avoid insurance company increased rates.
Process was great applied online for a call from my recruiter he ran all my information and once everything came back he sent me an offer letter to join the company.
Recruiting called and reviewed the lanes available. She covered all options clearly.
We discussed competition and benefits. I inquired about availability of more miles. She said more miles were available, to drive as long as the driver could make himself available
