Had two back to back interviews in the same day. They went seemingly well but ended up being ghosted even when trying to follow up. It would be more professional for the HR department to at least say we are moving forward with other candidates or no longer hiring for the position.

Interview
First you will turn in their application and your resume. Then there will be 3 steps for the interviews. Phone interview, in-person interview with the department manager, and then HR person and the president or store manager.
