Thank you for taking the time to rate your interview experience, we are sorry that the interview wasn’t as you had expected. We do our best to ensure candidates have the information required for interview and can prepare accordingly. We are sorry that you felt you were unable to prepare adequately for your interview. As communicated back in March, if you wanted to share any examples then we would be happy to discuss those with the hiring team. We would anticipate some questions around previous experiences and ways of working and what you are looking for going forward, to then see if approach and skill set are inline with what the role requires and meets your own personal aspirations and drivers.
