I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MarshBerry
Interview
5 interviews, which also includes the HR screening interview which was the very first interview. The company hires a third party recruiting firm which was how I heard about the position. Overall very simple interview process.

Question 1
Tell me a little bit more about your leadership style?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MarshBerry (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2019
Interview
At first, the interview process was quite rapid. Within a few days of applying for the position, I was contacted by HR and a phone interview was scheduled. This was a very generic interview, but the interviewer was very friendly and knowledgeable. Within a few days, I was asked to conduct another interview over the phone with the hiring manager who also was affable and I felt an instant connection to. Within a day or so, I was asked about availability for an in-person where I had a round-robin of meetings with several senior staff. That’s when the process somewhat ground to a halt. I was too I was the top candidate, but 2 weeks went by with only a single email indicating they were finalizing other candidates. Unfortunately, in the time between that communication and my current job’s annual review, I had to make a decision. I believe if the process had continued with the original pace, I’d have been given the job offer and gladly would have accepted. All that said, I have no complaints about the process. The company and its employees are really amazing.
