I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2021
Interview
Hirevue first round followed up by super day. Super day consisted of 3 interviews: 1 case study and 2 behavioral interviews by an MD and the rotation program leader. Case study felt more like a brain teaser/market sizing question especially compared to MBB consulting cases.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard behavioral questions (team work examples, approach to difficult work situations, things you're proud of, etc). Also, a "case study" question that felt more like market sizing than a full case.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (London, England)
Interview
I applied in-person at a careers event through my University. I was phoned up after submitting my CV inviting me for the first of two interviews at the Marsh London office. The first interview involved two managers. It was fairly relaxed and the interview comprised of a short case study assignment involving reading through some theoretical emails and then talking to them about what I would do. Following this, there was a longer discussion about my CV and about my interest in the company etc.
After being invited back a few weeks later, the second round interview involved three different and more senior members. The first part consisted of a case interview/ problem solving task. This was then followed by a more formal interview about my CV and about my personality.
Overall, a very enjoyable and quick process!
